Rot Repair & Deck Replacement

"Jeremy and his team recently finished a beautiful 1,000 SF deck that wraps around the back of our house to replace both a side porch and rear deck with no access to the backyard. Our yard slopes down 8ft from the front to the back of the house and we wanted to be able to access the rear deck from the driveway without walking up and down the hill. We plan to put a ceiling underneath the deck in a future project with Jeremy's team, and he worked that into the design to make it easier once we are prepared for that next stage. The communication and professionalism of Build with J&J LLC is paramount. Jeremy made sure we were happy moving forward with every step of the process and takes every detail into account. We had a few delays due to material availability and Jeremy provided options for us to begin use of the deck safely while we waited. We also encountered rot behind the old deck that he and his team demo'ed and he worked with us and the insurance company for a great price to remediate that prior to putting the new deck on. His team worked tirelessly to finish the job on time and succeeded with awesome results. Based on our experience, Build with J&J LLC will be doing work for us in the future as well."

"The last two weeks have been a whirlwind… to say the least. Todd and I have been planning for this new deck for well over 6 months now. We hired a builder and his crew and put our trust and money into these guys and let me tell you…. They did not disappoint! I would hire these guys a million times over again. When things went south real quick with the demolition and finding that our house was rotted out almost the whole entire backside of the house I was so overwhelmed and discouraged. This man documented everything and made sure that our homeowners insurance would cover us. He fought for it that’s for damn sure! "We hired Build With J&J LLC. to resurface and save our aging wooden farmer's porch from collapse. We didn't have the budget for a complete tear-down and rebuild, so we were looking for a contractor that understood the scope of the project as well as our budget constraints. "Jeremy and Chris did a great job on my deck. They had to demolish and discard the previous deck which had a double set of stairs leading up to it. They did the demo without damaging any other part of the house and got rid of the waste in a timely manner. They constructed the new deck in the timeframe promised and with a high level of attention to detail. It was evident to me that they had a lot of experience building decks. Mine being on the second floor of the house, it was not an easy task.
